I walked away. Out of a rhythm that wasn’t my own and into my freedom. A place where I could figure out what I wanted and how to make it happen – and make a good living doing it. And I successfully made it happen.

A single moment decided and made it possible. The moment when I really looked closely and solved the problems: the reasons for my inner pressure, the fear of losing everything, and the stress of overwhelming helplessness.

Today, I guide others through these moments. I show them how to look closely at what they see and how to change it to their advantage – in a very practical way and in individual steps. That’s how my freedom formula came about.
