This is how my path led me to do this training:
When I ended my life against my own nature, my path led me to the Caribbean. There, it became clear what had shaped my life’s journey from the very beginning: a body that had to be alert from an early age, with a nervous system that learned early on to focus on what was essential for survival—and with a perception that was programmed to detect dissonance.
I learned to sense things.
Later, this survival strategy became something else: my ability to recognize in people what is truly happening beneath the surface—that which they themselves cannot name.
Underwater, new worlds opened up to me.
In the water, I was no longer distracted by thoughts and analyses. Connections became immediately palpable. There, my body sorted everything out without me having to control it. There, I rediscovered something that had never been damaged: my inner order, which has always existed regardless of experiences.
Here, it became clear to me that this is exactly what is missing everywhere: in coaching, therapy, and leadership, much is understood, explained, and reflected upon—but change often remains superficial or unstable.
What is missing is working with what actually drives behavior: the nervous system, physical perception, and the ability to act anew in the moment.
And what is missing is an environment in which change is not forced, but can organize itself naturally.
This experience gave rise to my own approach: SOMAtrix eMerging® – Embodied Leading combines precise work with the nervous system, body-based self-guidance, and the unique effect of water as a resonant space for lasting inner transformation.
Water does not serve merely as a backdrop here, but as a real enabler: it makes visible what is happening in the body and facilitates processes that are not accessible at all in conventional settings.
Today, I train people in embodied leadership to become SOMAtrix eMerging® Practitioners and Embodied Leading Masters, where this highly effective work opens up new worlds for them to achieve their own significant, measurable results.
